In accordance with the obligations set out in the Legislative Decree dated 30th June 2003 no. 196 (with specific reference to Article 13), the present document intends to set out the different data processing methods carried out by the Proprietor (Al Giunco s.s. Società Agricola – Via Corneto, 33 – 42010 Cavola RE – VAT identification number 02329500355).
Type of data processed and location of processing
The proprietor acquires only the necessary data for the correct management of the relations engaged into with the interested party, with particular attention paid to the compliance with the relative legal / contractual and professional obligations. The data is acquired directly from the interested party at the moment of the establishment of the professional agreement or conferred voluntarily by the interested party directly to the Proprietor (via website, e-mail inbox, letter etc.). In accordance with the current regulations in force regarding personal data (Article 4, Legislative Decree 196/2003), this privacy statement covers all the information acquired in the aforementioned context, relating to an identified or identifiable individual. The processing will be carried out at the Proprietor’s head office (Via Corneto, 33 42010 Cavola RE). Any eventual data acquired from the official website will not be subject to processing, except to guarantee the user easy navigation or in order to respond to specific requests (for further information, refer to "Rights of the interested party").
Purpose of data processed
The processing of personal data is carried out exclusively for the correct management of the relationship undertaken with the interested parties and the related obligations (including but not limited to: requirements prior to the execution of contracts relating to the supply of products/services to the interested parties, to execute the aforementioned contracts and for the protection of the receivables deriving from them, for the standard, internal, operational, managerial and accounting requirements, in order to carry out the necessary communication, to fulfil any obligations required by laws or regulations, in particular for taxation matters, in order to respond to any eventual requests for information or to use the interested party's professional data).
How data is processed
In addition to the collection, the processing of the data could consist of the registration, storage, modification, communication, cancellation, circulation and disposal and could be carried out with paper documents, as well as with computers and electronic devices, using suitable methods and instruments to guarantee the appropriate level of security and confidentiality of the data. The data will be stored for a timeframe consistent with the specific purpose of the collection and any eventual related legal obligations / contracts.
Communication and circulation of data
The data may be processed by internal staff, who have been authorised by letter of appointment, as laid out in Legislative Decree 196/2003, provided to them by way of specific written instructions. The data can be communicated to external parties in order to fulfil obligations imposed by law or resulting from a contract relating to the interested party or for administrative, financial or commercial requirements (as long as they do not override the rights and basic freedom, dignity or a legitimate interest on behalf of the interested party). The interested parties can request at any time, without any formal request, the list of third parties who may have access to the data (acting as Managers, Trustees or autonomous owners of the processing). Rights of the interested party Please note that in relation to the aforementioned data, the interested parties may exercise the rights set out in Article 7 and the following Legislative Decree 196/2003 and in particular, the right to access their personal data, to request the correction, the update and the cancellation of, if incomplete, incorrect or collected unlawfully, and in addition to oppose the treatment thereof, for legitimate reasons. Proprietor and Manager of the Data Processing
We hereby confirm that the Proprietor of the data processing is the undersigned company, to whom a request may be made for a complete list of all possible appointed Managers (Article 29).
Provision of data and consent to processing
The provision of data for the purposes set out in the present document is mandatory as the establishment of a professional/contractual relationship necessitates the processing of personal data. Therefore the failure to provide such data will result in failure to establish a professional relationship with the Proprietor who will subsequently be unable to supply the requested products / services. The processing of the data acquired and used according to the specifications set out in the present policy however does not require the consent of the interested party, in accordance with Articles 23 and 24 of Legislative Decree 196/2003. In the event of a request for personal data for purposes other than those specified herein, the appropriate policy will be supplied and where necessary, specific informed consent will be requested.
Browsing data
During their standard operating procedures, the computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire some personal data, the transmission of which is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This is information which has not been collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but which by their nature could, through processing and integration with data held by third parties, identify the users. This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users to connect to the site, URIs (Uniform Resource Identifiers) of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file received, the numerical code indicating the status of the reply given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and computing environment of the user. This data is used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistics on site usage and to check its functionality and are then cancelled immediately after processing. Only internal employees and external parties who supply assistance services related to the site can access this data.
